1. Notify your agent of loss.
2. Select United Auto Body to repair your vehicle.
3. Insurance company will assign the claim via the internet or send an outside adjuster to inspect your vehicle.
4. United Auto Body sends computerized estimates and photos through the internet and works with the insurance company's representative to insure proper repair procedures.
5. United Auto Body begins the repair process.
